The AROCC-664-3 is a 3 Part Carbon less invoice that is designed for Automotive Repair Shops. A free imprint of your company and address is included as well as a free logo that would print to the left or right of your company info. The logo will print the same color as the imprint text.
The imprint of your company information and logo is free of charge. Chose between BLACK, RED, BLUE OR GREEN (BLACK is the default color).

I never got to proof my submission before the order was printed as I checked the box to have sample sent to my email for review. The forms looked fine though. Also it took over a week for delivery after my credit card was charged. Autovicity uses a third party shipper. There was Good customer service when I called Autovicity regarding this order. I would have given 5 stars if I could have proofed my order as requested, and if they wouldn’t have charged my credit card until my product shipped.
